Campaign Overview
The Empower 3. Save 75 Campaign is a limited promotional campaign designed to reward currently registered students of Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW who introduce new students to enroll in the Occupational Certificate: Early Childhood Development Practitioner Level 4 programme.
The campaign provides an opportunity for qualifying students to receive a reduction on their outstanding tuition fees, subject to the conditions outlined in this document.
This campaign is intended to promote access to education and encourage peer participation in the institution’s academic programmes.
Campaign Period
The campaign is valid for a limited period linked to the extension of the January 2026 intake.
All referred students must:
• Register on or before 14 March 2026
• Pay the required registration fee by 15 March 2026
Only registrations completed within this period will qualify as valid referrals for the campaign.
Eligible Participants
The campaign is open to:
• All currently registered Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW students enrolled in the Occupational Certificate: Early Childhood Development Practitioner Level 4 programme, Level 5 National Diploma and Level 5 Inclusive Education Higher Certificate courses.
This includes students who enrolled during the January 2026 intake.

Referral Requirement
To qualify for the campaign reward, a participating student must successfully introduce three (3) new students to the institution.
Each referred student must:
• Complete official registration with Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW
• Pay the full registration fee as required by the institution
• Be enrolled in the Level 4 programme
Only referrals that meet all verification requirements will qualify.
Payment Qualification Requirement
A referred student will only count as a qualifying referral once the following payments have been successfully completed:
• Registration fee payment
• Payment of at least three (3) monthly tuition instalments
These payments must be reflected and verified in the official bank account of Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW.
Deposit slips, payment confirmations, or screenshots alone will not be considered proof of payment until funds have cleared in the institution’s bank account.
Campaign Reward
Once a participating student has successfully introduced three (3) qualifying students who meet the payment criteria described above, the student may receive a tuition reduction benefit.
The campaign benefit is structured as follows:
Participating students may receive up to a 75 percent reduction on their remaining Level 4 tuition balance, subject to a maximum campaign benefit of R5,000.
The campaign reward applies only to remaining outstanding tuition fees and may not be applied to amounts that have already been paid.
Maximum Benefit
The maximum campaign benefit available to any participating student is R5,000.
The campaign benefit cannot exceed this amount under any circumstances, even if the calculated percentage of the outstanding balance would exceed the maximum limit.
Reward Application and Verification
Campaign rewards will only be applied after:
• All qualifying referrals have been verified by the institution
• All required payments have been confirmed by the finance department
• Referral activity has been reviewed for compliance with these Terms and Conditions
Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW reserves the right to take up to 30 days after qualification verification to apply the campaign reward to the student’s account.
Students with Outstanding Arrears
Students who are in arrears with their tuition obligations may participate in the campaign.
However, any campaign benefit may only be applied once the student’s account has been brought into good standing and is compliant with the institution’s payment policies.
Non-Cash Benefit
The campaign benefit:
• Is not transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be refunded
• Cannot be applied to other programmes
The benefit is strictly limited to a reduction of the student’s remaining Level 4 & 5 tuition balance.
Fully Paid Students
Students who have already completed full payment of their tuition fees are not eligible to receive a campaign reward.
No refunds or cash equivalent
No refunds or cash equivalents will be issued for students who have already settled their accounts in full.
Fraud Prevention and Abuse
Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW reserves the right to investigate any referral activity.
The institution may decline, suspend, or reverse campaign benefits where activity appears to be:
• fraudulent
• misleading
• artificially generated
• abusive or irregular
Any attempt to manipulate the campaign through false registrations, non-genuine enrollments, or payment manipulation may result in disqualification.
Right of Approval
All campaign rewards remain subject to final approval by Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW.
The institution reserves the right to approve or decline campaign rewards where referral activity appears irregular, suspicious, or inconsistent with the purpose of the campaign.
Students who joined in January 2026
Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW students who joined with the January 2026 intake, including those who joins up until 15 March 2026, only qualifies once they have paid their REGISTRATION FEES and three monthly instalments.
Campaign Changes
Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign if necessary to protect the integrity of the institution or the fairness of the campaign.
Final Decision
All decisions regarding campaign qualification, verification, and reward application remain final and binding.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Empower 3. Save 75 Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
