TERMS AND CONDITIONS

July/August 2026 Intake

The Student Success Voucher is a special student support initiative offered by Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW to assist eligible applicants during the July/August 2026 intake.

By claiming and redeeming this voucher, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Voucher Value

The Student Success Voucher has a value of R2,000 and is intended to support eligible students during the registration process.

2. Eligibility

The voucher is available only to students participating in the July/August 2026 intake who successfully submit the Student Success Voucher claim before the published closing date and time.

3. Purpose of the Voucher

The Student Success Voucher has been introduced to remove unnecessary financial barriers to registration and to support students in commencing their studies. It is intended as a student support initiative and will be administered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. No Cash Value

The Student Success Voucher has no cash value.

It is not redeemable for cash, refundable, transferable or exchangeable for any other benefit.

5. One Voucher Per Student

Only one Student Success Voucher may be claimed and redeemed per student.

Duplicate claims may be declined.

6. Registration Requirements

Claiming or redeeming a Student Success Voucher does not by itself constitute admission, acceptance or registration.

Students remain responsible for meeting all applicable admission, academic, financial, document verification and registration requirements of Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW.

7. Students Who Have Already Paid

Students who have already paid the applicable registration fee for the July/August 2026 intake remain eligible for the Student Success Voucher.

Where approved, the voucher value will be credited against the student's final tuition fee instalments in accordance with Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW's financial processes and policies.

8. Registration Reconciliation

Students who previously paid a registration fee into another account may submit their proof of payment through the Registration Reconciliation process.

Each submission will be individually reviewed.

Acceptance remains subject to verification by Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW.

9. Verification

Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW reserves the right to verify all information, documentation and proof of payment submitted as part of this initiative.

10. False or Misleading Information

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the Student Success Voucher being cancelled and may affect the student's application or registration.

11. Campaign Closing Date

The Student Success Voucher campaign closes at 14:00 on 20 August 2026.

Late submissions may not be considered.

12. Right to Amend

Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw this initiative where reasonably necessary for operational, academic, legal or regulatory reasons.

13. Official Communication

Students should rely only on official communication issued directly by Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW through its official communication channels.

14. Privacy

By submitting this form, you consent to Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW collecting, processing, storing and using your personal information for admission, registration, academic administration and student support purposes in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable South African legislation.

15. Acceptance

By submitting your Student Success Voucher claim, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions.

• You understand how the Student Success Voucher operates.

• The information you have provided is true and correct.

• You agree to these Terms and Conditions.
